Kyle Miller candidacy for Magisterial District Judge of Salisbury Township, here is what you need to know about him
Allentown, PA – Kyle Miller longtime Pennsylvania state constable for Salisbury township announced his candidacy for magisterial district judge 31-1-08. The judicial district includes Salibury township and the city of Allentown 16th ward.
Kyle has served as the elected Pennsylvania state constable of Salisbury for 18 years and as a state constable, he has processed over 27,500 in the state district courts which include criminal, traffic, landlord-tenant, and civil cases.
In the press release, Kyle says his extensive knowledge and experiences within the Pennsylvania school district court system and his dedication to his community would be of great value to the bench.
Kyle Miller is the only candidate qualified to serve as a District Judge having been certified by the Pennsylvania Minor Judiciary Education Board. No other candidate has completed this stringent course and examination process which is required by law to serve as a District Judge.
Kyle has a proven record of independence and impartiality which earns him the trust, support, and respect of his community
He promises to treat every case fairly, impartially, with dignity and respect. Kyle believes being impartial in every case is the principle of justice. His goal is to keep the hard criminals off the streets although giving alternative sentencing for certain first-time offenders allowed by law.
At an early age, Kyle learned the value of hard work and service to his community from scouting to eagle scouting, and later volunteer at the eastern Salisbury fire department. He is also a member of the mountain lions club which serves the Salisbury township and south Allentown
