Rep Josh Siegel says he will run for Lehigh county executive
Allentown, PA – Rep. Josh Siegel who represents parts of Allentown and Salisbury, plans to run for Lehigh County executive in 2025.
State Rep Josh Siegal says he is making plans to make a formal announcement at an event in December 2024, we do not know where this event will take place yet.
Siegel says the county is particularly an important place to gain trust of the people. County governments not only run elections but the executive is the swing vote on the county boards of elections.
The executive has direct control over matters such as ballot drop boxes, Siegel said.
Siegel is a formal Allentown City Coucile from 2020–2022, and he announced back in January he is seeking a second term in the house.
