August begins the new month with Musikfest preview night
(Bethlehem, Pa) – Today begins the new month with musikfest which will end on August 11.
Hours of operation is as follows:
North side hours:
- Friday, August 2 | 5-11 p.m.
- August 3-11 | 12-11 p.m.
- PNC Stadtplatz: 6-10 p.m.
- Guardian Zinzenplatz and IBEW LOCAL 375 Liederplatz Weekday hours: 5-11 p.m.
South side hours:
- The Hoover Mason Trestle will be closing nightly during Musikfest at 4 p.m.

- Friday, August 2 | 4 p.m. – 12 a.m.
- Saturday, August 3 & 10 | 12 p.m. – 12 a.m.

LANTA and Muskifest have released the LANTA transit map for this year’s festival, which opens with preview night this Thursday, Aug. 1, and will continue through Sunday, Aug. 11.
The map shows the routes for three LANTA-operated shuttle lines, including its new Gold line, within the Musikfest zones on the city’s north and south sides. It also includes the Levy Bus-operated Purple line and fare information for those shuttle riders. Rides on the LANTA EBS Rapid Transit Blue and Green lines, plus the event-only Gold line, are free thanks to sponsorship by the Bethlehem Parking Authority and the City of Bethlehem.
The Purple Line (North-South Transfer) is a Premium Express option for attendees needing the fastest option between North Side and SouthSide.
Unlimited Ride Day Passes for Purple North-South Transfer are available for purchase at Shuttleplatz North and Shuttleplatz South.
