The Heller Foundation Announces Senior Staff
Washington, District of Columbia – Today, The Heller Foundation announced three top advisors will serve as Dick Heller’s Senior Staff, effective immediately:
ELENA RUSEVA will serve as Regional Director of Operations (East) at The Heller Foundation. Previously, Elena served in Elon Musk’s- The America PAC- super PAC in support of President Donald J. Trump’s successful 2024 presidential re-election campaign and is a famous New Jersey-based painter (MAGA-langelo artist) with celebrity clientele from around the world.
KRIS STANLEY will return to The Heller Foundation as Regional Director of Operations (West). Kris co-owns Emerald City Cerakote and Allied Threads Co., two high-profile official business partners of The Heller Foundation and will serve the Western United States from his headquarters in Arizona in his new role.
JESSICA MARIE will serve as The Heller Foundation’s National Director of Communication. Prior to joining the Trump campaign, Colorado-native, Jessica Marie served in swing states during the 2024 election cycle at The America PAC, a pro-Second Amendment Super PAC created by Elon Musk and has spent decades advocating for domestic violence survivors.
“Elena, Kris and Jessica are the best advisors in the United States and I know they will honorably serve the American people and the human right to self-defense at The Heller Foundation.
